Alex was amazing. Very detailed oriented, right on time for our appointment. Very knowledgeable & courteous. Our fireplace looks beautiful. It hasn't been cleaned in 10 years and it looks like a brand new fireplace. I highly recommend his service.

Alex was great. He promptly got me an appointment to check our gas fireplace and identified numerous issues that we didn't know were going on. We thought we just needed a pressure test on the gas line. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the repairs needed. He very thoroughly inspected the unit and repaired it to the manufacturer's specs. Every issue was repaired to ensure it was safe and in good working order. He went above and beyond and the fireplace looks and works like brand new. Will definitely use him again.

Called with a remote problem. Performed a thorough check of the gas fireplace. Found problem with original install and corrected. Cleaned the fireplace and glass, even painted the firebox. Did an excellent job. Remote is working and even a fan that never worked before. His price was excellent. I would highly recommend his honest professional service.

Can't say enough good things about Alex and how quickly he took care of our heat situation. He came to service our old fireplace and right away discovered a crack which made it unsafe. Within about a week he had removed that fireplace and replaced it with one he had refurbished himself which looks brand new, and has been working great. Thanks so much for your timely service!

Incredible experience!! Alex is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He diagnosed and fully replaced our gas fireplace. He did a fantastic job, provided very quick service (during a time when we had no heat source), and was communicative and helpful along the way. We have a very unique fire rock. We purchased the rock and it stopped performing as it should. Unable to contact the original maker of the rock, we found Prometheus online. He came out as agreed and performed all necessary repairs and made the rock a much safer fire rock. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
